Does anyone know if I'd have a case against the radio station who owned that Hummer? I want a new bike and medical expenses.

    from the video...can't really tell if it was his or your 'fault'. I guess it would depend if there was a 'crosswalk' or 'dont walk' sign? not that I'm an expert.
